        Everyone needs some relaxation time. However, the busy lifestyles that most of us find ourselves in today deprive us of time to relax whether it's caused by work, school, or personal matters. For you to have good health, it is important that find ways to relax and calm your nerves. Naturally, our first reaction to stress is to try to find a cure. Whether they involve food, drink, medicine, exercise, or relaxation techniques, there are many remedies for stress. But one of the most natural and effective ways to relieve stress is by consuming certain drinks that are proven to reduce it.

There are many natural drinks that can help relax and get rid of stress try one of these stress-relieving drinks:
          @# Water: Our body needs water to function at its best, so dehydration can lead to stress. Relieving stress can be as simple as drinking more water.


              @## Tea: Many people believe that drinking tea helps them relax after facing the stresses of everyday life. Tea has many health benefits, and one of these is stress relief. There are many teas that can calm your nerves and help you relax. However, it is important that whatever tea you choose to take, it should not contain caffeine.  For exemple : Chamomile Tea (decaffeinated).   Caffeine is in fact a stimulant and cannot produce the calming effects that you need.


             @### Milk: Milk contains calcium and magnesium, which helps relax the body by lowering blood pressure. Drinking a glass of milk before bed or any time of the day is a great way to reduce stress. If you are not a fan of drinking milk, you can always pour some over a bowl of cereal for a small snack.

           @#### Fruit Juice: Juices high in vitamin C, including orange juice, grapefruit juice, and strawberry juice, help reduce stress levels by lowering levels of the body’s stress hormones such as cortisol.
 

              These drinks can help reduce stress levels by relaxing your muscles, reducing your body’s level of stress hormones, and lowering your blood pressure.
